Apartment Sizes and Monthly Rates

Rent includes water/sewer and garbage. Our tenants pay their own phone, cable and electricity. A $500 security deposit is charged for all market apartments. The security deposit for the subsidized units is based on calculated rent, which is approximately 30 percent of gross income. Optional lunch meals are served in the Knights of Pythias Courtside Cafe. The cost of the optional lunch meal card may be purchased by residents in increments of $50.  An $8 meal card is available for guests who wish to dine with us. For more details view our Optional Meal Plan program.

Our apartment packages all include a secured entrance with 24 hour security at our front desk, emergency pull cords in each unit, planned activities, use of our fitness room, library, art room, and more!

Pets are welcome.

The following restrictions apply:

• One cat or one dog under forty pounds is allowed.
• A pet deposit of $300 is required.
• Payment options for pet deposit are available.
• Contact the housing manager for more information.
• Weight restrictions do not apply for service animals.
• No pet deposit for service or doctor ordered companion animals.
